Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After this date, the voucher will no longer be valid. They can be used for the offer chosen on the La Vigne website.

As the La Vigne spa is an ephemeral pop-up, the treatment will be given at the spa's location on the date chosen by the gift voucher user (Lavaux, Vully or Valais regions). 

Gift vouchers cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash. They cannot be used for previous orders, but can be transferred to another person.

Treatment rituals are available for one or two people. As the spas are fully privatized, reservations for one person are only possible at the very beginning or end of the day. Other times during the day may be possible, subject to availability.
